本協(xié)會誠摯地邀請35周歲以下青年學(xué)者投稿并在伊斯坦布爾(土耳其)舉辦的國際法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)大會上發(fā)言，同時其文將刊發(fā)在《法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)文叢》上。

　　來稿需符合以下條件：

　　1)第28屆國際法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)大會將于2017年7月16至21日在伊斯坦布爾-馬爾提普大學(xué)舉辦，來稿需符合大會主題“和平”。

　　2)來稿應(yīng)使用《法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)文叢》規(guī)定語言之一：英語、法語、德語或西班牙語。

　　3)來稿應(yīng)限于20頁以內(nèi)，含注釋及參考文獻(約2300字符/頁)。

　　4)論文封面應(yīng)注明：論文題目;姓名;所屬機構(gòu);通訊地址;電子郵箱;國際法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)協(xié)會會員身份;投稿人出生日期。

　　5)在來稿他頁不得顯示投稿人姓名等其他相關(guān)身份信息。

　　6)投稿至IVR秘書長，萊斯利·弗朗西斯教授(郵箱為：francisl@law.utah.edu)。

　　7)投稿截止日期為2017年1月16日，每人限投一稿。稿件請標(biāo)注投稿人出生日期。法語、德語及西班牙語論文應(yīng)附英文翻譯以便論文評審。國際法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)協(xié)會有獎?wù)魑牟⒉慌懦庠诖髸咸峤?，并在大會分組討論時發(fā)言。征文將由IVR執(zhí)委會任命的評審組進行評審。獲獎?wù)邔@得1000歐元，并有機會在伊斯坦布爾舉辦的IVR大會上發(fā)表“IVR獎”的特別演講。該論文將發(fā)表在《法哲學(xué)與社會哲學(xué)文叢》上。

IVR-Prize 2017

　　Young Scholars, not over 35 years of age, are cordially invited to write a paper to be presented at the next world congress of the IVR in Istanbul (Turkey) and published in the Archiv für Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie (ARSP).

　　Papers submitted for the IVR-Prize should

　　- deal with the subjects of the 28th IVR World Congress on “Peace” to be held in Istanbul – Maltepe University, July 16th to 21st, 2017;

　　- be written in one of the ARSP languages: English, French, German or Spanish;

　　- not exceed the length of 20 pages including footnotes and bibliography (about 2300 key strokes each page);

　　- have on its cover page, the title of the paper, the name, affiliation, postal address, e-mail address, member status of the IVR, and the date of birth of the applicant;

　　- have on all other pages no reference to the applicant′s name or any other information that would indentify the applicant;

　　- be mailed to the Secretary General of the IVR, Prof. Leslie Francis (francisl@law.utah.edu).

　　- Deadline for submission is January 16th, 2017. Only one submission by each competitor is allowed. The date of birth should be given. To facilitate the assessment of the papers competitors who present their papers in French, German or Spanish are requested to add an English translation. The participation in the IVR-Prize competition does not exclude the paper from being submitted to the Congress (for presentation in the working groups). The papers received will be read by a panel of judges appointed by the Executive Committee of the IVR. The prize winner will be awarded € 1000 and be given the opportunity to deliver a special "IVR-Prize Lecture" at the Istanbul World Congress of the IVR. Her/his paper will be published in the ARSP.
